A great representation of newer coffees coming out of Hawai'i. Miguel Meza has never shied away from experimenting with coffees. After doing it for so long it almost doesn't sound right calling it experimental. He's found ways to break down coffee in the processing stages that brings a new life to Hawai'i grown coffees. Tasting notes that can compete on an international level.
